Spaghetti & Meatballs
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti, according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine with ground beef, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, egg, and Kinder’s Mediterranean Seasoning. Mix together until just combined and form into 1 ½” balls (about 10-16).
In a large saute pan or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown meatballs on both sides until golden brown. Remove meatballs and drain fat.
Return meatballs to pan, pour marinara over the meatballs and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Serve meatballs over cooked spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil. Enjoy!

1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
1 egg, beaten
Jar of your favorite marinara sauce
2 tbsp. Kinder’s Mediterranean Seasoning
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 basil leaves, sliced thin for garnish (optional)
