Smoked Ribs with Maple Rub and Mild BBQ Sauce

Step 1
Pull off the (membrane) on the back of the ribs.

With ribs meat side down, apply Maple Rub to the rack of ribs, press in with hands, do not rub in. Let ribs sit for 30 minutes.

Smoke ribs for 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 275 degrees.

Step 4
Place ribs on foil sheet meat side down, sprinkle back side of bones with Maple Rub and add about ½ cup Mild BBQ Sauce. Wrap ribs in foil.

Step 5
Cook for an additional 1 1/2 - 2 hours. at 275, meat side down. Ribs should reach an internal temp of 200-205)

Step 6
Unwrap ribs and place back on smoker, meat side up. Glaze again with BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 7
Let ribs rest for at least 5 minutes prior to slicing. Enjoy!
