  1. Step 1

    Place turkey into a large bowl with egg and Master Salt. (Add bread crumbs here if desired.) Mix well. It may seem a little wet at first.

  2. Step 2

    Divide meat into 4 burger patties.

  3. Step 3

    Place patties onto a plate (preferably lined with parchment paper). Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Pull patties from fridge and heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.

  5. Step 5

    Once skillet is hot, cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and fully cooked. (internal temp of 165)

  6. Step 6

    Serve hot and enjoy!

1 Tablespoon Master Salt Seasoning

1 ½ Tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup bread crumbs (optional)

½ onion (optional); sautéed if desired
