Kinder's Buttery Poultry Rubbed White Fish Fillets

Ingredients
2 orange roughy fillets (or other white fish)
1 tsp. Kinder's Buttery Poultry Rub
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
Rinse orange roughy fillets in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2
Season each side of fish fillets with Kinder's Buttery Poultry Rub.

Heat olive oil in skillet on high heat. Once pan is hot, add fish fillets to skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Step 4
Remove from skillet and serve immediately with your favorites sides and some lemon wedges.
