Keto Friendly BBQ Bacon Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, add the beef, onion, almond flour, eggs, 2 tablespoons Kinder's Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce, 2 teaspoons Kinder's The Blend Seasoning, ¼ cup cheese and bacon (optional). Mix until combined.
Spray loaf pan with oil. Place the mixture into pan. Pat down evenly. (It helps to wet your hands to create a smooth even surface.)
Cover pan with foil and cook in oven for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and carefully remove foil, let rest for 2 minutes.
Spread remaining BBQ sauce over the top and cover with remaining cheese.
Place back in the oven uncovered until the cheese is melted.
Pull from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes. (garnish with parsley if desired)
Once meat loaf is cool enough to handle, slice and serve warm.

½ cup shredded cheese, such as cheddar and jack
2 oz. cooked bacon, chopped (about 8 slices)
