  1. Step 1

    In a large pot, saute onions to soften.

  2. Step 2

    Separately, combine tomato paste and bone broth, add to onions.

  3. Step 3

    Add cubed beef chuck and 1 Tablespoon of Kinder's Woodfired Garlic Rub to the pot; (optional to add chili powder and diced chile at this time)

  4. Step 4

    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

  5. Step 5

    Add black beans and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Enjoy hot with your favorite toppings.
