Ingredients

4 eggs

2 avocados, halved and pitted

1/2 cup Brown Sugar Bacon, crumbled

2 tsp. Cali Blackened Rub

  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 425ºF.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange avocado halves in a baking dish, resting them along the edge to ensure they won’t tip over during cooking.

  3. Step 3

    Gently crack egg and place into avocado center (be sure to keep yolk intact).

  4. Step 4

    Season each with Cali’s Blackened Rub.

  5. Step 5

    Place baking dish in oven and cook for 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked thoroughly.

  6. Step 6

    Top with brown sugar bacon crumbles and enjoy!
